Report of Hinstock Parish Council Annual General Meeting – May 17th 2011

The Annual General Meeting of Hinstock Parish Council was held on Tuesday May 17th 2011 in the Memorial Hall, Presided over by Mrs S. North.
Present were Mrs S. North, Mrs K. Phillips, Mr D. Charlesworth, Mr J. Lutner, Mr K. Harvey, Mrs C. Brown, Mrs S. Beeston and Mr E. Balchin

1 Apologies - None

2. Election of Chairman – Mrs North was re elected unanimously

3 Election of Vice Chairman – Mr Kevin Harvey was elected unanimously

4 Elections of Delegates

a) Planning Committee – Mrs S. North, Mr K. Harvey, Mrs S. Beeston, Mrs K. Phillips, Mr E. Balchin and Mrs C. Brown.
b) Memorial Hall Committee – Mrs K. Phillips, Mrs C. Brown and Mr K. Harvey.
c) NSALC - Mrs C. Brown and Mrs K. Phillips
d) School Governor – Mrs S. Beeston
e) Footpaths Officer – Mr K.Harvey

6 Parish Council Accounts were presented by the Clerk and were agreed unanimously

7 Cheques to sign - none

8 To agree the Parish Plan – It was agreed that subject to the agreed amendments the Plan can now be printed and then put on the website.

9 Date of next Meeting – July 5th 2011.
