Hinstock Village Design Statement 

Hinstock Village Design Statement is a statement of how the village has developed into what we see today and describes how the community would like to see it developed into the future. 

It is a document that was created to give developers and home owners a checklist of agreed points against which any planned development could be compared; making the consultation process clearer for all concerned.
